1 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to dkwon. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the dkwon platform and all services, games, and content included within it. By creating an account or using this platform, you are considered to have accepted all of the following terms.

• Operating multiple accounts.

3 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposits

To deposit on dkwon, you can use Bangladesh's major mobile and banking payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major banks).

Deposited funds must come from a bank or mobile account that you own. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

3.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless a different arrangement is made for a specific reason.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed if verification has not been completed.

4 Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• ৳32,000 deposit → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the deposit + bonus combined). Example:

Bonuses may only be usable on specific games. Each promotion may have its own terms.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of bonus abuse, manipulation, or unfair advantage is found, dkwon reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account. Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or the same device is strictly prohibited.

5 VIP & Loyalty Program

Regular players on dkwon have the opportunity to advance through three VIP levels:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

Players can advance to higher levels through regular active play. The benefits and terms of each level are subject to change, and dkwon reserves the right to update the VIP program terms at any time. Cashback will be added to your account automatically and may be subject to its own wagering requirements.

6 Gaming Conduct & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dkwon platform:

• Playing games using software bots, auto-play scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting any technical or software errors to influence game outcomes.
• Unauthorized access to other players' accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Harassing, offensive, or discriminatory behavior toward other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

If such activities are detected, dkwon reserves the right to close the account without notice and forfeit the associated balance.

7 Responsible Gaming
